This document gives specific scenarios where the tiebreaker rules in the 2010 FIFA World Cup will fail to rank teams in a consistent manner. One potential scenario is given for each group (if applicable) along with the scenario number for its ambiguous three-way tie. All scenarios are possible as of the last update. Updated: Monday, June 21st, 2010 (after Match 32)

Group A

All scenarios are logically sound according to the official rules.

Group B
