Track, Cross Country, and Road Racing

Welcome to my running page! As a quick overview, I'm a distance runner based out of Victoria, BC, coached by the remarkable Paul O'Callaghan. I've some decent credentials given my modest PB's: I represented Canada at the World Mountain Running Trophy in Ovronnaz, SUI (2007) and my university at the national collegiate cross-country championships hosted here in Victoria (also 2007). I've also claimed the title of senior provincial 1500m champion in 2008 to supplement my 2^nd places in the provincial 5000m and the national 50k and 2^nd place last year in the provincial 8k road championships.

My most recent accomplishments were winning last year's Vancouver Island Race Series, including three of the races (namely in Cobble Hill, Colwood, and Merville) that partially comprise the series; and finishing 6th at the BC Cross Country championships in November, thus later representing BC at nationals in December.
